Our team haven’t stopped working during this holiday, in order to keep our promise, we're still working with our manufacturer to improve their production schedule. And we're bringing good news on this happy holiday. The first batch of shipment has left from our warehouse today, the second batch is coming next month. That's right, for "Kickstarter Special" backers who have completed surveys, your rewards have been delivered. That means your reward is on its way. We’re here to announce that your official Kickstarter fulfilment surveys will be sent out today! The survey will be sent to the email address associated with your Kickstarter account. It’s important to respond to your survey as quickly as you can since we need this information to fulfil your rewards.
You don’t need to create a BackerKit account to fill out your survey. When you receive the email with the survey, click the survey link to respond. Answer the questions about your reward preferences, provide shipping information, and purchase add-on items if you like. You don’t have access to this survey link yet, but it will be available soon via email!
